Together Fund Hub

Congratulations on your award from the Together Fund. We are pleased to be able to support projects that are helping our communities by delivering physical activities. 

The funding will help further growth and recovery of community organisations working with our target audiences.  

In order to support you with the funding, delivery and evaluation of your project, we have provided a number of resources which you will find below.  

Please remember that some of these are a requirement of your funding agreement (Participant Registration, Participant Feedback Form and Organisation Survey). 

  • A checklist of documents you must provide to us before we can hand over the funding can be found here.

  • Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) is required as part of your SLA. It helps us :

    • provide feedback and shout about and celebrate progress with everyone involved

    • capture learning, identify good practice and support continuous improvement

    • show the value and impact of your project to partners, the wider community, funders and others

    • support sustainability as it can strengthen the case for continued, new and/or increased levels of funding.

  • Every participant must complete a registration form before taking part in any scheduled activity.

    We have provided you the form which can be either completed online or in paper form. If you need to add to the questions for your own purposes please do so, but do not remove any of our questions.

    All paper copies must be returned the address below as soon as possible, making sure you let us know the name of your organisation:
