PE and Sport Premium for schools confirmed
The Education Secretary has announced that schools in England will benefit from £320 million from the PE and Sport Premium during the academic year 2020-21.

Rise has supported clubs and projects throughout the Tyne and Wear and Northumberland areas with over £20,000 in emergency funding, in order to keep people active during the coronavirus pandemic.
Free Physical Activity Packs For North East Communities
Families from 2,400 households in Northumberland and Tyne & Wear will soon be receiving free activity packs to encourage vulnerable and isolated children and young people to keep active.
