Fantastic 4 - Tyne & Wear School Games

F4 Title Graphic.png

Rise and Tyne & Wear School Games is excited to launch the FANTASTIC 4 CHALLENGE.

This multi-layered challenge has been created to provide young people in KS2 with challenges at a variety of levels (e.g. inter-school, intra-school, and/or a personal challenge), while our face-to-face competitions have been unable to go head.

It comprises four School Games sports, allowing schools and pupils the opportunity to pick and choose specific sports or to try all four and top the FANTASTIC 4 leader board.

The challenges and supporting resources have been produced by Rise, the Tyne & Wear School Games Organisers Team, Smile Through Sport, All Stars Rugby and England Netball.

Each sport specific resource consists of four different challenges for pupils to take part in. We’ve also provided suggested adaptations to ensure pupils attending school as well as those at home can get involved.

The individual challenge cards contain an overview of what each challenge involves, how to set it up, how much space and equipment is needed, how to score and so on. A supporting video has also been produced to accompany each challenge.
